Service

Visits follow the published 43-point checklist. Quotes are flat-rate and based on your answers. If the home differs significantly from the description, we agree on an adjusted price with you before work starts.

Your home

No tidying required before we arrive. Cleared counters and floors simply let the visit go to cleaning instead of moving piles.

Cancellations

Reschedule or cancel free up to 24 hours before the visit. Inside that window, a fee may apply because the slot was held for you.

Guarantee

Report any missed item within 24 hours and we re-clean those areas free.

Damage

We are insured and bonded. Report damage within 48 hours and we make it right.
