The checklist

43 items, every visit, in writing

This is the whole sheet, not a marketing version of it. Your quote references this list, and every visit runs it in the same order: kitchen and baths first, floors last, walkthrough before we leave.

Bathrooms

  • Polish mirrors and glass dry
  • Scrub the sink and vanity, including the drain ring

  • Empty trash, replace liners, and fold towel edges
  • Mop the floor last, working out the door

Bedrooms

  • Dust every reachable surface, including headboard tops

Entry, halls, and stairs

  • Dust banisters and wipe each baluster
  • Vacuum stair treads and mop hard steps
  • Dust wall edges where cobwebs start

Every visit, whole home

  • Walk the home top to bottom before leaving
  • Check sills and tracks on the traffic-exposure side
  • Replace liners and stage bags by the door
  • Text a completion note when we lock up
  • Log anything we notice, a slow drain, a loose hinge, on your sheet

Why the list is public

A checklist you can read is a checklist you can check. Hold us to all 43 items, and text within 24 hours if one got skipped. The re-clean is free, and the item gets marked so it does not get skipped twice.

I want to recommend printing it for the first visit. Walk the home with the sheet after we leave, and you will know within ten minutes whether this company earns the second visit.

Hold us to the list

The same sheet that is on this page is the one in your home. Book the visit, keep the list, check the work.
