FAQ
Nine questions, straight answers
Prices, insurance, supplies, scheduling, and the re-clean promise. Anything else, call and ask.
How much does house cleaning in Yonkers cost?
Most recurring visits run $160 to $210, deep cleans $220 to $280, and empty-home move cleans $200 to $280. The exact number comes from five questions: bedrooms, baths, square feet, pets, and how long since the last real clean. You get the price before anyone books anything.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Most clients hand over entry instructions once: a lockbox code, a doorman name, or a super's number. Those details stay on your sheet, and you get a text when we lock up.
Are you insured?
Yes, insured and bonded, and every cleaner passes a background check before their first job. Co-op boards and building managers get a certificate of insurance the same day they ask.
What if something gets missed?
Text us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean those areas free. The promise is on every visit, not just the first one.
Do you bring supplies and equipment?
Yes, everything is in the price: solutions, cloths, vacuum, mop. If you prefer a specific product on a surface, leave it out with a note and we use yours.
How does the flat price stay flat?
The scope is written down at the walkthrough: rooms, checklist, approved extras. The number only moves when the home changes, and you approve the new number before the next visit.
Can I skip or move a visit?
Yes, free up to 24 hours before the slot. Inside 24 hours a fee can apply, because that day was held for you and cannot be resold.
Do you clean Airbnbs between guests?
Yes. Turnovers include the clean, the linen reset, a restock count, and photos texted to you before the next guest arrives. Same-day flips are available at a rush rate.
What areas do you cover?
Yonkers first, then Sleepy Hollow, Tarrytown, Irvington, Elmsford, Hartsdale, White Plains, Hastings-on-Hudson, and Scarsdale. If you sit just outside the list, call and we will tell you straight whether the drive works.
